Study - Judicial Review and Uniform Implementation of Legislation
WTO rules require that members establish procedures which make judicial review of trade-related legislation and administrative actions available. They also require that legislation is implemented uniformly nationwide. China has taken significant steps in revising its laws to implement WTO commitments, however, some issues still remain.

This study aims to highlight mechanisms for judicial review in the EU as well as mechanisms which ensure the uniform implementation of WTO rules, exploring how EU practice may serve as a useful reference for policymakers in China when considering further legal reform.

The study will be completed and available for download by October 2006.
